Things I can brag about: I am cute, like reeeally cute. And my fur is so soft, you’ll have a hard time keeping your hands off me. I’m doing so well with potty training! I play well with the resident dogs and always respect their boundaries. I may have puppy teeth, but I don’t chew on my people.

Things I enjoy: I really like being held and following my people around. I’ll probably be too big to carry around someday, so soak up all the snuggles while you can still hold me! I love playing outside, but the snow is new to me, so the warmer it gets, the longer I last outside. I love toys, not just one at a time, but 4 at a time. I also really like playing with other dogs, and I’m good at respecting their boundaries. I like being an active boy, so I would love someone who would take me for walks or runs, be my hiking buddy, provide me with some mental enrichment or throw the ball for me!

Things I’m still working on: Sometimes I cry when I’m put in my crate. I know it’s my safe place, my sleepy place and I eat all my meals in there but being alone can make me sad. This is my first time being away from all my litter mates, and it can be scary, but I cry a little less each time my foster parents put me in my crate. I’m doing a great job with potty training! Sometimes I’ll chew on things I shouldn’t, but I’m easily redirected with a toy. I can be startled by loud noises, like fast cars driving by, but the longer I’m in rescue, the safer I feel.

Things you’ll love about me: I’ll always want to be by your side. You need to use the bathroom? I’d feel more comfortable if I came with. You want to go grab the mail? I’m right behind you! I’ve mastered “puppy eyes” and you’ll melt when you see me. I snore when I’m having a reeeally good rest. I have a very funny, playful, curious personality that’s hard not to fall in love with. My goofy, clumsy, rollie-pollie puppy body will make you laugh. I make fast friends with everyone I meet, in fact, the UPS guy loves me!
