Say hello to Benny!

Benny is a gentle, fun, playful, and curious boy who wants to share all of the love he has to give! He takes a cautious but curious approach to life and within seconds he warms up to new people and other dogs. His confidence grows each and every day and he learns so quickly! Benny is working so hard on potty training ( rarely has an accident) and already knows sit and crate. Speaking of his crate, he goes right in at bed time and sleeps through the night until his humans are awake in the morning.

Walks are already something he loves and his leash manners are exquisite. Benny matches your pace and is just so excited to see something new each time. Benny looks up to his canine foster brother for guidance and reassurance on what it means to be a dog. When they aren’t going for walks together, they are playing hard around the house, deciding who gets what toy, or cuddling together on the couch at the end of the day.

This sweet boy looks to his humans for affirmation and support and would do really well in a house with a confident dog to show him that the world isn’t scary and to help him continue gaining confidence. He would also do well as the only dog as long as he gets lots of mental stimulation and doggie playdates.   A fenced yard would also be a huge bonus so he can explore at his own pace.
